{mosgoogle left}The film’s international take in 102 markets totaled $44.4 million on Friday.
Though the writer for the ABCnews article throws in a lot of junk trying to downplay the importance of the Pirates’ number, the article does quote the president of Media By Numbers as saying “Making $57 million in a day and a half is not bad for a bunch of {tag pirates}.”
{tag Pirates of the Caribbean} has gone on to sell over $100 million in domestic ticket sales.
Yeah, we agree. ARR!
